A direct-to-consumer brand with a cult following wanted to grow exponentially.

After creating their own vertical, coffee-based skincare, Frank Body gained a modest but engaged following across their social channels. However, they wanted to open up their channels to a broader audience to increase sales worldwide. They came to my agency asking for advisement and implementation of a new digital and social strategy.

 
 
 
 

Developing an omnichannel, social-first approach

Working closely with the Frank Body marketing team, I led a quarterly practice focused on strategic product releases and promotions across social media, email, and web. I also helped to develop a robust influencer program, a dedicated UGC account, and restructure of their ad targeting and creative placements.
